D K Shivakumar

Voting for the Maharashtra Assembly elections is scheduled to take place on November 20, with the results set to be announced on November 23. Meanwhile, Karnataka’s Deputy Chief Minister and Congress leader DK Shivakumar has made a statement regarding the Maharashtra elections. Shivakumar stated, “We are going to win over 165 to 170 seats. The Maha Vikas Aghadi will form the government. The BJP has misled people by claiming that we haven’t implemented our guarantees, but we have assured the people and held press conferences to clarify. Now, people know that we have fulfilled all our promises.”

What did DK Shivakumar say about Maharashtra elections?

He further remarked, “The entire nation is following the Karnataka model. I am glad that they have at least realized now that inflation is impacting the common people of the country.” Addressing the Waqf property issue, he added, “We have all the records to show that this issue originated during the BJP’s tenure. However, my Chief Minister and ministers have already made it clear that no farmer’s land will be taken away.”
