Six Killed in Horrific Car Crash in Dehradun After Party, CM Dhami Expresses Grief
A devastating car accident in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, claimed the lives of six young individuals earlier this week as they were returning from a party. The tragedy occurred at around 1:30 am on November 12 near ONGC Chowk, when their Toyota Innova collided with a truck, leaving the vehicle mangled beyond recognition.
A shocking video circulating on social media reveals the severity of the collision, with the carтАЩs roof completely torn off and its structure severely twisted. The footage shows gruesome scenes, including decapitated victims and body parts scattered across the road.
The victims have been identified as Kunal Kukreja (23), Atul Agrawal (24), Rishabh Jain (24), Navya Goel (23), Kamakshi (20), and Guneet (19). Tragically, all but one of the passengers died on the spot. The sole survivor, 25-year-old Siddhesh Agrawal, who reportedly hosted the party, is in critical condition. While six of the deceased hailed from Dehradun, Kukreja was from Himachal Pradesh.
Preliminary reports suggest that the group was intoxicated while returning from a party, although the exact details of their departure point remain unclear. An investigation into the incident is ongoing, according to police officials.
Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami expressed his condolences over the tragic loss. “The news of the death of six young individuals in a road accident in Dehradun is deeply heartbreaking. I pray for the peace of the departed souls and strength for their families to endure this unbearable loss,” he stated.
