In New Delhi’s Chhawla area of Dwarka, a fire broke out on a bus on Thursday evening, caused by a small amount of fireworks that a passenger was carrying.
According to a police official, the incident led to injuries for both the individual carrying the fireworks and a fellow passenger seated nearby.Upon receiving information about the incident, police officers arrived at the scene to investigate.
The official explained, “During questioning, it was revealed that the passenger was carrying a small quantity of fireworks, which led to the fire inside the bus. Both he and the person seated next to him sustained burns.” He further clarified that there has been no indication of any explosion. The injured individuals were taken to a hospital, and the investigation is ongoing.
